BACKGROUND
Internet Governance Forum (IGF) is a multi-stakeholder, democratic and transparent forum which facilitates discussions on public policy issues related to key elements of Internet governance.

IGF provides enabling platform for discussions among all stakeholders in the Internet governance ecosystem, including all entities accredited by the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS), as well as other institutions and individuals with proven expertise and experience in all matters related to Internet governance.

OBJECTIVES
1. To discuss all issues hindering the growth of Internet in Rwanda with the aim of promoting the Internet access, security, stability and development.

2. To exchange of information, best practices and extraction of all lessons and knowledge from all experts especially the political, technical and academic experts, consequently publish the discussions and all the agreed-upon recommendations and proposals. Discuss issues the emerging technologies issues and the development of the related recommendations as needed.
